A Place Of Greater Safety

Brilliant writing, such depth of research but fundamentally it didn’t hold me to the end. Possibly the inevitability of the history takes away some of the drama, but that’s not the case in Wolf Hall. More likely none of the characters are particularly likeable. In fact mostly deeply unlikeable.
